Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s Most Unexpected Looks

Aug 20, 2023Aug 20, 2023

Like their star-crossed romance, their coordinating fits are out of this world

For three years now, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have made headlines with their passionate relationship and eye-catching styles.

Fox has become something of a style maven since getting together with Kelly, who hooked her up with her current stylist, Maeve Reilly. The actress has been open about the ways in which the rapper has drastically influenced her fashion choices, saying in a 2022 interview, "Being with him, obviously, he's slightly eccentric in the way that he dresses—and that has freed me up to express myself more."

As a pair, Fox and Kelly have stepped out on numerous occasions in bold and edgy coordinating looks—at times putting a punk-rock spin on Barbiecore or embracing all-out goth fashion. These joint looks have demonstrated that, just as they have pushed boundaries in their star-crossed romance (such as with their ritual drinking of each other's blood), Fox and MGK have done the same with their couple style.

Ahead, see all of the edgy duo's wildest looks throughout their relationship.

The two match in metallic for the 65th Annual Grammy Awards, bringing an extra dose of glamour to their signature edgy style. Fox wears an ivory gown with a sheer corset bodice adorned with sparkling silver and gold embellishments, accessorizing with white Santoni heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. The rapper opts for a head-to-toe silver look featuring a crinkled metallic suit courtesy of Dolce & Gabbana, paired with matching boots and a bedazzled body harness.

The two coordinate in glamorous furry ensembles for an outing in Los Angeles. Fox looks like a doll in a green floral corset top styled with a silver sequined miniskirt by Danielle Guizio, paired with a fuzzy pink sweater, shiny pink platform sandals, and a fuzzy pink handbag. MGK, meanwhile, opts for an entirely white ensemble consisting of a fuzzy crop top, joggers, an oversize fur coat, and black-and-white boots with pink platform soles. He accessorizes with a fuzzy bucket hat alongside a pearl necklace, silver chain, and silver earrings.

For a dressed-down outing for his Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance in Los Angeles, MGK chooses a cargo look topped with a black leather belt and paired with white combat boots. Fox accompanies the rapper in a pair of distressed, baggy jeans with an equally baggy jean jacket layered over a sparkling silver top.

For Halloween, the couple channel Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee at the 1995 grand opening party for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Fox wears a pink-and-red latex dress—complete with a bleach-blonde wig—while Kelly pairs black leather pants with a white tank that showcases his tattoos.

The pair continue their hot-pink streak for the NYC after-party following Kelly's show at Madison Square Garden. For the outing, Fox wears a metallic fuchsia set from the Andamane, consisting of a crop top and a ruched midi skirt, paired with metallic-pink accessories, including strappy lace-up sandals from Femme and a micro crossbody bag with a crystal top handle from L’alingi. MGK wears a sheer top, baby-pink trousers, and a multicolored tiger-print patchwork coat, matching his monochrome look to Fox's platinum-pink hair.

The two put an edgy spin on the Barbiecore fashion trend at the premiere of the rapper's Hulu documentary, Life in Pink. On the carpet, the actress opts for pink-on-pink-on-pink, debuting platinum-pink hair alongside a two-toned minidress with a keyhole cutout from designer Nensi Dojaka. With his own hair dyed an electric fuchsia, MGK wears a long-sleeved turtleneck featuring an abstract baby pink-and-blue swirly pattern, styling the statement piece with ivory pants, a studded belt, and a silver-and-pearl chain necklace.

The two show up to the premiere of Taurus in New York City, where Fox wears a red-hot latex dress paired with pointed-toe heels, and MGK wears a white sequined suit with matching white sneakers.

The pair live up to their edgy-goth reputation with coordinating black ensembles at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards. The Jennifer's Body actress looks ravishing in an elegant black David Koma gown featuring a dramatic V-cut and a pelvic-grazing leg slit—paired with the London-based designer's famous crystal-embroidered floral gloves, which nearly reached her shoulders. Meanwhile, MGK makes his own fashion statement in a dramatic suit look from Dolce & Gabbana involving a sparkling turtleneck layered under a cropped blazer studded with long silver spikes.

The two elevate the Barbiecore trend during their joint red-carpet appearance at the premiere of Good Mourning, their film with Pete Davidson. Fox wears a bedazzled pink gown custom-made by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini that features a sweetheart neckline and hip-high slit; she doubles down on the glamour with a slick, wavy hairstyle. MGK opts for a hot-pink silk suit with a red-rose print, topped with pink-tinted hair.

Fox turns heads at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards with a sultry look featuring a sparkling sheer Mugler gown that reveals only a silver thong underneath. She wears it with a curly wet hairstyle. Kelly, meanwhile, poses beside her on the carpet in a glittery red pinstriped suit and silver facial jewelry.

In a viral red-carpet interview from the evening, Fox says her nude sheer look was inspired by the rapper's insistence that she look "naked" that night. She cheekily told Entertainment Tonight, "I was like, ‘Whatever you say, daddy!’ Whatever daddy says."

Proving their inseparable bond, Fox and Kelly arrived at the launch event of the rapper's unisex nail varnish line, UN/DN LAQR, literally chained together. For the occasion, the two match in coordinating black blazer outfits—Fox in a Givenchy Resort 2022 tuxedo dress and strappy Femme Luce Minimale sandals—which they topped off with hot-pink manicures, on which a single silver chain bound their pinky nails.

The two make one of their first red-carpet appearances together at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, where Fox wears a revealing cutout dress courtesy of Mugler, featuring graphic lines and a sheer mesh skirt, and Kelly pairs a black silk suit with a colorful statement graphic tie.

Fox made one of her first bold fashion statements with MGK on an outing in Los Angeles that proved her emerging new edgy-emo style. The loungey street look consisted of a black oversize sweat set featuring graphics of the Louis Vuitton logo, topped with black Vans sneakers and a checkered beige bag. The musician looked as edgy beside her in black leather pants, complete with a guitar in hand.

The newly confirmed couple embrace emo fashion for a date night in Los Angeles. MGK wears a white vest top and jeans, featuring blotches of pink and graffiti illustrations that spell out "No Safety." Walking beside Kelly, Fox wears an all-black fit featuring skinny black jeans and a black leather vest. She coordinates with Kelly by wearing a pink-and-red crossbody bag, which features a pink leopard-print strap that matches her leopard-print heels.
